The Butler VA Health Care System provides primary care, behavioral health, specialized extended care, physical rehabilitation medicine, and residential substance abuse treatment serving over 27,000 veterans in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. The Butler VA HCS operates 60 nursing home care beds, 10 CWT-TR and 56 domiciliary beds at the facility's medical center located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA - on an 88-acre campus three miles northwest of Butler, Pa., on route 356. The system also operates its main facility located at the Abie Abraham VA Outpatient Clinic located at 353 N Duffy Road in Butler, PA. The system's outpatient programs generate approximately 215,000 visits per year.
